Questions about online appointment booking
Do customers need to create an account?
No. They enter their name, phone and email. Confirmation and a rescheduling link arrive by email.
Can the price be reduced?
Yes. Prices are agreed individually. If you let me show your website in my portfolio and add a short credit in its footer, I offer a discount. We agree on the amount during our call; write to me or book a call.
What if a customer is late or does not show up?
A reminder the day before helps reduce forgotten appointments. Customers can also reschedule themselves through the email link, rather than simply not showing up.
Can I set different hours for different people?
Yes. Each person has their own schedule, and each service its own duration and break after the appointment.
What about appointments booked by phone?
Enter them in the dashboard. The time immediately disappears from the website calendar, preventing two people from booking the same time.
Will this work on my website?
I embed the calendar with one line of code on WordPress, Wix and similar platforms. I check compatibility with your platform before payment. No website yet? See websites.
Is customer data secure?
Bookings are stored in a database on your account in the European Union and automatically deleted after 12 months. You are responsible for your customers’ data, infrastructure and data storage. I configure everything, and if I have access to personal data while doing so, we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR).
