Questions and answers
How much does a business website cost?
Starter website with up to 3 pages costs PLN 349 net. A larger Business website starts at PLN 799 net, with a form and online booking included. If you already have a website, I can add a contact form for PLN 149 and online booking for PLN 299.
Can the price be reduced?
Yes. Prices are agreed individually. If you let me show your website in my portfolio and add a short credit in its footer, I offer a discount. We agree on the amount during our call; write to me or book a call.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. You buy the domain and hosting in your own name, and I advise on what to choose. You can move the website to another provider at any time. Since the accounts are yours, you are responsible for the infrastructure and data storage.
I have a website on WordPress, Wix or another platform. Will this work?
I add forms and online booking to websites on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shoper and similar platforms. I only need access to the dashboard. I check compatibility with your platform before payment. If the platform does not support it, I will tell you during our call.
Do I have to pay a subscription?
No. You pay once for the work. Support for PLN 39 net per month is optional. You pay separately only for domain and hosting with your chosen provider, in your own name.
How long does it take?
A form and online booking are ready within 72 hours of receiving access, and a new website within 2 weeks of receiving your content. If I miss the deadline, I refund your payment.

What do I need to prepare?
Basic information is enough: services, prices, opening hours and a few photos. We agree on the rest during our call.
Will customers receive an appointment reminder?
Yes. After booking, they receive a confirmation with a cancellation link and an email reminder the day before the appointment. You receive an email for every new booking.
Will the website be prepared for Google?
Yes. I prepare titles and descriptions, business details for search engines and a sitemap. Google decides whether and when the website appears in search results.
Do you provide a VAT invoice?
Yes. I run a registered business and provide VAT invoices. The pricing section shows net amounts, with totals including VAT below.
What if something stops working?
If something does not work after implementation, I fix it or refund your payment. Later, you can choose support for PLN 39 net per month, but you do not have to.
What happens to my customers’ data?
Messages and bookings go to your email and a database on your account in the European Union. They are automatically deleted from the database after 12 months. As the website operator, you are responsible for your customers’ data, infrastructure and data storage. I configure everything, and if I have access to personal data while doing so, we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR).
Where do you work?
We can meet in person in Poznań and the surrounding area. I work remotely with businesses across Poland: we talk by phone or a video call on Google Meet, and I implement everything online.
